Norwegian Offshore Wind and Vårgrønn invites you to the webinar: “How can the Norwegian supply chain position itself in the Scottish offshore wind market: Case INTOG”. The webinar will take place on the 20th of April, 11-12am CET. Crown Estate Scotland announced the results of the world’s first leasing round designed to enable offshore wind energy to directly supply offshore oil and gas platforms.  INTOG (Innovation and Targeted Oil & Gas) leasing round aims to attract investment in innovative offshore wind projects in Scottish waters, as well as help decarbonise North Sea operations.  INTOG is divided into two distinctive features:  (1) IN consist of small-scale innovative projects of 100MW or less and (2) TOG supplying renewable electricity directly to oil and gas infrastructure. You can read more about INTOG here. 13 wind farm project have been awarded areas with a total capacity of 5,4 GW. 5 of the projects are “IN” projects and 8 are “TOG” projects.
