Great market opportunities arising
Spain and Portugal have set ambitious targets in offshore wind. By 2030 Spain expect to have 3 GW of offshore wind capacity installed, while Portugal is planning an auction for offshore wind project with the capacity of 10 GW. Most of the wind farms are expected to be floating. The regulatory frameworks for both countries are expected to be adopted in 2023
Together with the Basque Energy Cluster, Super Cluster Atlantic Wind, CLUERGAL, Norwegian Offshore Wind are arranging a Spanish-Norwegian seminar “Meet & lunch with developers and EPCIs”. The seminar will take place on 23rd of November at 14.00 in the Offshore Wind Energy Congress in Bilbao.
