Webinar: Risk allocation between developers and suppliers

The contracts working group invite the members of NOW to a Webinar on Wednesday 8th of May from 08.30 - 10.00 CET.

In this webinar, representatives from Fornybar Norge will inform the members of NOWC about the ongoing work on establishing a contractual standard for EPCI contracts for offshore wind projects in Norway.

Sondre Dyrland, previously partner in Wiersholm, from 2024 associate professor at UiO, Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law,  will also participate and give a short introduction about the ongoing work in the contracts working group.

In additon Christopher Riel, Head of Contracts and Procurement at Fred Olsen Renewables will have a presentation on relevant important issues related to the allocation of risk in contracts within offshore wind projects in Norway. 

We invite members attending the webinar to participate in the discussions and come up with concrete examples of challenges that they see in their own business going forward, and especially related to allocation of risk between developers, main contractors and sub-contractors.
